Neoptimal Case Study

Neoptimal is the 1st agency of digital prospection who boost your commercial development for SMB and VSB BtoB at a lower cost, by fully using the potentiel of internet.
This entrepreneur story began when i first met Hugo Bernard, co-founder of Neoptimal, in Shanghai. We were working together in a digital communication agency back in 2013. He started Neoptimal in 2014 and he asked me to join the team to lead the design department.

As every job in a start-up, people need to be flexible and passionate. We were only 5 people at the beginning and i took care of every side of the visual communication: from in-house contents as white paper, ebook,infographic, video... to deliverables for clients working in various industries as construction, software, industrial adhesives and real estate…
Today Neoptimal got a team of 20 talented people, a social capital over 1M€ and more than 25 clients… One of my greatest achievement was to hired, trained and do the take-over with a junior designer that is now filling the same job position and responsabilities as i did.
